Join our community experts to learn about key preparedness skills and safety resources to help you learn how to best protect yourself and others against a wide range of safety issues.

This year, participants include: UMass Police Department, UMass Emergency Management, Amherst Police Department, Student Conduct & Community Standards Office, Title IX/Equal Opportunity & Access, UMass Recovery, Amherst Community Responders for Equity, Safety & Service (CRESS), Food Bank of Western MA, Public Health Promotion Center, University Health Services, Hadley Police Department, UMass Fire Safety, Town of Amherst Inspections Department, Center for Language, Speech & Hearing, Stonewall Center, and UMass Dining. 

Learn how to best prepare for and respond to a myriad of safety concerns including severe weather, fire prevention, STI’s, infectious diseases, drug overdose, CPR, and much more.

Hands Only CPR sessions will take place at 11:00 AM & 12:30. Enjoy the demonstrations, activities, food, giveaways, raffle prizes, and UMPD/APD K9’s!
