EH&S has created new safety posters that promote laboratory safety principles and practices. All those faculty, staff, and students who work in laboratories are initially trained in basic safety principles and practices through Environmental Health and Safety, but the sustainability of safe laboratories extends beyond that initial training and becomes each individual’s responsibility to help foster a culture of safety.
The new safety poster initiative is one tool that assists with the ongoing safety dialogue within a lab.
