You do not need a food waiver to conduct a farmer's market on campus, but you must apply for a Land Use approval and you must follow the MA Department of Public Health's guidelines on Farmer's Markets. Food not in this guidance document will require a food waiver application. Everyone handling food shall still need to complete a Food Handler Volunteer Reporting Agreement Form.
