Drop Shipment (delivery) Food refers to food delivered by a licensed food establishment which is located within 30 minutes or less from the UMass Amherst campus. The food is for immediate self-service and consumption, (i.e. pizza, subs, and other immediate delivery foods).
Any pick-up or delivery of PHF or TCS foods shall meet all food safety standards and shall be intended for immediate consumption. In order to pick up or obtain drop shipments of PHFs or TCS foods, the student shall certify an understanding of the food safety requirements by signing this form.
