During the 2022 National Collegiate EMS Foundation (NCEMSF) annual convention held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Feb. 25-27, Dominic Singh, EMS coordinator at Environmental Health and Safety, was awarded the Collegiate EMS Advisor of the Year for his work with UMass Emergency Medical Services, on campus.
The Collegiate EMS Advisor of the Year honors the college administrator who has contributed significantly to the success of campus-based EMS providers and their organizations. Recipients excel at mentoring student collegiate EMS members and dedicate extraordinary time and energy to educating and providing all types of support.
Jeffrey Hescock, executive director of EH&S/EM, in congratulating Dominic, stated, “Dominic is always readily available to help others, leading the way in setting the gold standard. He inspires students and others to always do their best.”
