Injuries have occurred to laboratory researchers working with needles, scalpels, razor blades, tools, microtomes, glass pipettes, broken glassware, etc.  This document provides information on how to mitigate risk of injury and what to do if injuries do occur.  Please also see our video on cut and puncture prevention for additional information.
