Biosafety Training is required for students, faculty and staff working in any biological laboratory (BSL-1 or BSL-2), this workshop will cover the following biological safety basics: Biological risk assessment, Handling biological waste, Disinfection, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Spill clean-up, Exposure protocols, Bloodborne Pathogens, Biological Safety Cabinets.
