Bake Sales on Campus

A bake sale is a fund-raising event at which individually wrapped cookies, fruit pies, brownies, turnovers, cakes, breads, and cupcakes are sold for non-profit functions. All bake sales must be approved by the Department of Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) and Auxiliary Enterprises (AE) Conference Services for Campus Center use.  No "Potentially Hazardous Foods" (PHFs) which require Time and Temperature Control for Saftey are allowed at Bake Sales.  Incidental Retail Food is another allowable option for snacks which are pre-packaged, pre-prepared Non-PHFs, (commercial doughnuts are considered Incidental Retail food).
