This letter has been prepared on behalf of the University of Massachusetts (UMass) based on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA's) April 8, 2010 Du Bois Library PCB Cleanup and Disposal Approval under 40 CFR 761.61(c), 761.62, and 761.79(h) for the above mentioned site. Results from the intitial post-remediation sampling pursuant to Condition 12b(iii) of the above-mentioned Approval are presented in this letter.
