- For each event you will need to submit a Food Waiver and Registration. (Student groups will submit via Campus Pulse. For all other requests, please email email@example.com).
Use this for "Incidental" pre-packaged foods. The food safety information about food allergens is pertinent. All ingredients labels should remain intact.
Examples of Incidental foods include: commercially pre-packaged store-bought foods such as chips, crackers, cookies, and candy products that do not require any refrigeration or heating*. *Defined as Non-Potentially Hazardous Foods: (Non-PHFs), also known as Non-Time /Temperature Control for Safety Foods (Non-TCS Foods).
(Meats, poultry, dairy, fish, shellfish, cut fruits and vegetables, grains, legumes are not allowed as part of Bake Sales or Incidental pre-packaged foods).

No community serving bowls are allowed.
Food Handler/Volunteer Agreement Forms shall be signed.
